You have 30 days after you received your item(s) to return for a full refund, minus the shipping. Items need to be in a very good condition for a full refund and not worn. Items will be inspected and you will be contacted on status of refund.
We use The Courier Guy (Door-to-Door) for most of our shipping needs or Postnet-to-Postnet to the more remote areas.
You will receive a notification by email when your order ships, in general, orders to main areas in Gauteng, Cape Town and Durban arrives within 1-4 working days. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice.
